Delivery policy

Delivery can be made to all UK destinations next business day.

In the case of some non UK-mainland deliveries, it may take longer.

Security

Business IT Online uses industry standard secure socket layer 128 bit digital encryption when you send payment and account information to us.

Our digital certificate is supplied by Verisign and we have been successfully securing business-critical information online since our business software launched in 2005.

Returns policy

We offer a simple, fair and straightforward returns policy.

Businesses may return damaged or incorrectly sent items and we will send a replacement or provide a full refund as appropriate. We will arrange collection and delivery of any replacement at no extra charge to you. Any faulty or incorrect items or shortages within a delivery must be reported to us within 3 working days of the delivery for return or replacement, so we advise you to please check your delivery carefully when you receive it.

Any business which orders products in error can return them to us within 14 working days after your delivery. A collection and re-stocking charge of 20% of the sales value will be applied to returns where they are incorrectly ordered or not wanted. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered products must be returned to us in their original, undamaged packaging and be in a fully resaleable condition to receive credit for the item.

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or where they have been specially ordered. If this is the case, it will be displayed on the product detail page. Some products have a date dependency (such as diaries) and any return for these items (other than for faults or errors) will be at our discretion on whether the products could be re-sold.
