I was very worried about employing a courier to pick up my new little puppy form Sleaford To Cockermouth in Cumbria.
Vicki arrived in a lovely van with clean warm clean box and I could tell right away that she had looked after Tom all the way.
She sent a text to let me know her ETA and she was on time to pick up and drop off.
She even came in for a cup of tea after her long journey.
